Advances in laser additive deposition

Defence and DMTC industry partner RUAG Australia have successfully completed a program to develop and demonstrate laser additive deposition (LAD) as a technology for repairing damaged high strength steel aircraft components.

Cut through: Young researcher takes top Avalon prize

DMTC’s commitment to leading-edge, industrially-relevant research has been reinforced with PhD candidate Jimmy Toton (RMIT University, Sutton Tools) taking out the Young Defence Innovator prize at the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition at Avalon. (more…)

DMTC’s program and project management framework is a key element in delivering value to our stakeholders and was validated in our achievement of ISO 9001 accreditation for our quality system.

We constantly review the performance of our processes and the level of engagement of our project leaders so that what we do remains not just value adding but fit-for-purpose as we adapt to changes in the business environment.
