Proposals sought from innovative industry and research organisations
DMTC is working with Defence to identify and harness the hazard prediction, modelling and simulation capabilities, expertise and partnering potential of Australian industrial and academic organisations.
Call for Proposals: Plume Modelling
Following on from the information gathered in a Request For Information issued earlier this year, innovative research proposals are now sought for the development of near real-time, high-resolution hazard prediction models for chemical, biological or radiological (CBR) transport and dispersion in urban environments. This activity is underpinned by a three-year funding commitment from Defence Science & Technology Group. Responses must be received by no later than 16 July 2021.

Call for Proposals: Ionising Radiation
In tandem with the opportunity above, DMTC is releasing a second Call for Proposals focused around measurement of and response to radiation exposure. This project will contribute to the further development and enhancement of Defence relevant capabilities in the chemical, biological or radiological (CBR) Modelling and Simulation domain. Responses must be received by no later than COB, 14 July 2021.
