Taking corporate responsibility seriously

The DMTC Board of Directors is committed to good corporate governance and fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders and to foster a culture of compliance which values ethical behaviour, personal and corporate integrity, accountability and respect for others.

DMTC benchmarks its corporate governance practices against the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. Policies that are appropriate for public release are available from this page.

In 2017 DMTC achieved accreditation against the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.  In 2019, DMTC achieved accreditation against the ISO 44001:2017 collaborative business relationships standard. Taken together, the accreditations and the regular drumbeat of recertification processes represent a substantial, independently verified vote of confidence in the company’s commitment to business excellence and to continuous improvement.
